Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use saucewild.property and the referral service Saucewild Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, call its phone number or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Saucewild Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or fix concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or what results you will see.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Your Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Fair Use of the Site

Please give accurate details, use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt it. Do not try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@saucewild.property.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Saucewild Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for business purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, Saucewild Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, a provider's products or services, or any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" and comes with no warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
