Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Saucewild Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will review the matter, which may mean talking to the provider. Then we will share what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
